Looking West

North Berwick

I try to take an enthusiastic walk at lunchtime, across the beaches. Now Katie is getting older, walks with her don't provide much exercise.
Today I walked through the town and along the East Bay, and up to this viewpoint on the cliffs.
Here I am looking directly west, across the town, with Edinburgh about 25 miles distant.

Lovely photo,. Not easy to get the exposure so spot on with the sun in the frame. The detail in the sky is superb. A very, very good shot.
