Whatever it is called, mine tonight is morbier cheese.
This is a french soft, cow's milk cheese with a blue layer of ash down the middle.
Believe me, it is more tasty than it sounds !
Traditionally the ash was added to stop mould forming, so it is the opposite of a 'blue' cheese.
Also, I am finding this Lumix 20mm surprisingly good for close-up pictures, if not macro.
