This is a macro shot using the 75-300 zoom with the two canon extension tubes which allows a close focus of about 2m for this shot. The shot was hand held beleive or not. The extension tubes give the same magnification at various distances as the focus and zoom work in conjunction on the lens as you move away from the object.
