Jupiter - close up 10 May 2010 6:09

I got up real early at 5:15 am to see the moon, jupiter and uranus.
This was my first real attempt to take some serious pictures with my
celestron telescope and it shows the limits of a single exposure
(fuzzines due to atmosphere etc). What's fascinating is how the colours
do show up in the image as to my eyes it is just shades of grey. I had
to use the 10sec self timer delay to allow all the wobbles to die out
before the exposure was taken. The light fuzzy ball to the lower right
is Jupiters moon Io. I did observe Uranus but it was too small
to photograph and just a small light blue circle.
NOTE the second band in Jupiters clouds has disappeared
