Answer to #04 is a my wife's cameo broach (Cameo from Naples circa 1940-45).
The metal work was made by my late mother-in-law probably towards the end of WWII in Sydney.
The cameo is about 50mm end to end

Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi ,Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS USM
1/60s f/5.6 at 400.0mm iso800 (with flash and closet focus) full exif
