Further up the Knud Rasmussen glacier, somewhere around the junction with the smaller Idrac glacier, I saw this lake between the glacier and the rock which looked like a large hole into which the ice was collapsing. This looked very much like a lake than drains into a moulin (a hole through which the water escapes down to the bedrock and then out to sea under the glacier), but it’s difficult to tell from the air.
