Message from awgrubb
My name is Alan Grubb, and I have been in love with the natural world for many years. This love affair likely began when, as a youngster, I began watching nature films produced by Walt Disney studios. I was hooked. Added to this was the fact that my dad and several of my older brothers were hunters and fishermen. It was only natural that I eventually became interested in these pursuits, myself. As I grew older however, my hunting trips were becoming more and more about being "out there", and less and less about bringing game home. Eventually I became interested in photography. I purchased an Olympus OM-10 camera from a local K-Mart, and the rest is history. I now had a tool to help me pursue my love of nature and wildlife.
When I became a born-again Christian, my delight with the natural world actually increased. When I realized that every tree, every fish, every animal was the artwork of the Master Artist, I wanted even more to capture images of it all to share with others. I hope that you enjoy the photos in my galleries.
