In August 2008, I was fortunate to visit the Kato Hobby Center and Showroom in Tokyo, Japan. This album displays a 'you-were-there' record of that visit - I hope you enjoy.

While living in Yokosuka for two years, I had great fun visiting the Kato Showroom several times. It was a lot of fun riding the Keikyu line to a little past Shinagawa and then down the escalator to the Toei Odeo line, and thence to stop E33. The Kato Showroom is located in a nice quieter part of metro Tokyo, and as can be seen from Mr. Sing's fine pictures, is an astonishing display of layouts, rolling stock, parts, and whatever! Iam interested in going to the hobby center. Will be staying in the Ginza area. About how long of a trip do you think it will be to go to the Kato hobby center Thanks Larry Licht llicht@qwest.net
