We stumbled on this guy leading a tour bus group of senior citizens through a very nice city park. He stopped for a few moments to explain in great detail how a bagpipe actually worked. Quite informative - he had played the pipes for 24 years now. He mentioned that in Scotland you had to practice a least 7 years before you were expected to play in public.
