The eastern half of the LMC is seen here with the embedded Tarantula nebulae NGC 2070. This shot was taken with an SBIG STL11000 and a Takahashi FSQ106ED 530mm/f5 without any converter. RGB filters were used from Astronomik. Exposure times were 3x5 mins with each filter. Additive exposure time is therefore 45 mins .
