this species is having a splendid year, despite having its foliage take a hit from a critter
we don't grow 'em for the foliage
I have taken to photographing orchids in available light with the M8 & keeping the DOF minimal to through the background OOF
shoot without benefit of ir/cut filter, so the color is a bit off
