"Kikau mai na`au" – friends giving freely from the heart!
Dear Family and Friends of Jaime and Mark Wagatsuma,
On February 28, 2007, Jaime and Mark were blessed with the ultimate
happiness: the birth of their daughter Malia. However, the joy of nurturing
a newborn was quickly overshadowed by concerns of Jamie's growing physical
pain and discomfort. In August, Jaime was diagnosed with cancer, and there
is a strong possibility that she and Mark may consult with medical
specialists on the mainland.
Many people have asked, "What can we do?" We can pray. We can hope. We
can ask for a miracle. Monetarily, we can accomplish a lot. Jaime and Mark
would never think of asking for any type of financial assistance. So, this
is where the "Mililani Mafia," mainly Mark's friends from grade school to
college, enters the picture. Their vision is a gathering of family and
friends – with, of course, food and entertainment, all of which will be
donated.
ALL of your monetary donations will
be given to theWagatsumas to defray medical expenses.
Please come and enjoy the camraderie.
Kikau mai na`au.
