This is the way I remember the view from our friend appartement. We lived in Tokyo from 70 - 74 and Hong Kong was were we needed to go shopping now and then for ""western stuff" like washing machine, decent bread or chocolate easter bunnies (all of which didn't exist in Japan then). My mother loved HK dearly - I hated the smell.....But HK always had this special atmosphere which I still found in some hidden corners when I returned in 2004....My mother will love your photos, she knows her own album by heart and will be happy to see something new.
