I can see too the HCB's similarity. What has captured though my eye is the different geometrical forms, on one hand in the left we have the round shaped stairs with each step as a radial of a bike weel. On the other hand, we have the vertical and trait angle of the window that also gives a sence of deepness. What is also a good point is the scale incongruence with the van on the street, on the other hand it also brakes all the geometry of stairs, window and street. Loveley.

Thank you Phil,
I did think of HCBs shot when reading your "Walkers, Tecate, Mexico. 2004" but not this one of mine until you pointed out...It's so interesting to see how this three pictures work differently but in some way similarly...
(I can see HCBs shot, Thanks)
And I will make sure to reply your comment every time from now on to tell you either I got your ideas or not..Sometime, I asked a question or express an idea under your picture, then you wrote something back for me, and I read it, absorbed it, then thought that's it..But now I understand how important to let you know if I learned and what I learned..

Jen, the link to HCBs shot below did not work because a comma somehow became part of it. So here it is again, without the comma: http://www.peterfetterman.com/artists/cb/pic31.html

****Still another very powerful story telling cityscape, Jen. The structure we are in symbolizes the boxes we build around our minds. Everything is very controlled, orderly, and predictable inside of this box, Jen. The geometry you work with is so tight and clean and sterile. Yet just outside of it, a car streaks past -- free and unhindered by such geometric confinements. It almost reminds me of a picture you asked me about last week by Henri Cartier Bresson at
http://www.peterfetterman.com/artists/cb/pic31.html, in connection with the point I was making in my own image athttp://www.pbase.com/pnd1/image/28252843.

You have not as yet made any comment on my answers to your questions I have posted below my image. However the point of your own thought provoking image here is somewhat similar to what both HCB and myself were trying to express in our own ways.
