Pseudocatharylla duplicella

This is another example of a tiny moth that is extremely attractive when seen well. In Hong Kong it is widespread and common in woodland, occasionally abundant in mangroves; multivoltine, occurring in March and from mid-May through August. (Status from Roger Kendrick's thesis)
