The Origins of an Icon
These famous posters are of Aristide Bruant a French cabaret singer, comedian, and nightclub owner.
He is best known as the man in the red scarf and black cape featured on certain famous posters by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.
He has also been credited as the creator of the chanson réaliste musical genre.
Taken at a current Toulouse-Lautrec exhibition at the San Diego Museum of Art.
Also an experiment of shooting at 6400ISO and dodging the many visitors to the exhibition.
