This is a really strange place. It was close to my house in Kazan.
The building is Art and Cultural center but it was originally build as a Vladimir Lenin's museum
(Lenin use to live in Kazan when he was young). The name of the giant Mickey Mouse is "Khariyat".
Do not ask me what does it mean; I do not know.
