It's time once again for the return of the Mid-Lent Fair to the streets of our little town. All the way from Wide Westgate to Union Street there are stalls and rides, burgers and candyfloss. This is one of the few remaining traditional rides to be seen this year. Incidentally, it was reported on local radio that two people were allegedly injured whilst riding one of the newer attractions and had to be taken to hospital today. The Health and Safety Executive were called to investigate the accident but couldn't attend because they were on strike today. Good timing you guys!
