Today is my first real day back at work after the Christmas break and this is what I'm into at 7.21 am heading for Nottingham, great eh! I took quite a few shots for my work records and with my POTD in mind but for some reason and despite being stuck in this position for longer than I care to mention, there's just something about this shot that brings a smile to my face... that's why it's my POTD!

The curving line of traffic looks nice. I hate being stuck in traffic, it's good I don't have a car. Is it that dark at 7:21am on the road to Nottingham? Or is that just the camera compensating for the street lights?

I commute from my bedroom office to my computer room office. :) Laptop in the bedroom, and desktop in the computer room. In the summer, outside using Wi-Fi. Good capture.

Haha, I think we all know THAT feeling! still, nowadays I have a very small commute - it's just that the local traffic is even worse. I soothe my aching jaw (from the clenching of teeth!) by singing (or trying, anyway!) along to loud music to pass the time. Seems to work!! Good opportunistic shot, Ian!
