Sydney

I have lived in Sydney since the mid 1970s. I have previously worked as professional photographer for more than 10 years however another career took me away from regular photography. Having missed photography I felt the urge to get back to my love of things visual.

Looking at my home through a camera has helped me see it with a renewed interest. In this gallery I am sharing a range of perhaps unconnected images except they are in and around Sydney. I have a large library of images I have taken over the years including recently. I will dip into my library as time permits. Come back from time to time and you will find more images.

As this gallery grows I may split it into themes - the gallery is about ready for such a tidy up. I would appreciate your comment and feedback. In this gallery I will add new images to end of the gallery.

There are no images here that really leap out at me and yell "maginificent" but somehow you have managed to collect a very wide range of subjects outside of the bridge/opera house cliche I so often see,. Spots like Balmain, Darlinghurst and Centennial Park are very well captured. Can we see more?

The heart of Australia is its people. Coming from America, I was lucky to visit in 1999. Its people are how I wish we could be here in the US. These are some great shots.
