This is old tech however it should represent an outmoded approach to dumping our waste. This barrel was floating near the wall of the weir over the Dawson River just outside Theodore.

Too bad to still see nowadays this sort of waste. We have no idea what's in there, there might be toxic ingrediants or some other sort of unknown dangerous stuff.
