Kona will be running with the big dogs for the next few days. We're going
somewhere warm and sunny and while we're away he's visiting some cousins.
The folks with whom he's staying have four Golden Retrievers and a Bernese
Mountain Dog. They're also caring for a Daschund with a broken back. . .
In addition, there are some cats in the house (I'm not sure how many) and a
rather large aquarium. Kona stayed there during Christmas vacation and loved it.
To say he was excited to return is an understatement. This picture caught him
in one of the few moments in the half hour we spent before leaving him
during which he was sitting (or, rather, lying) still.
