Sunrises are all very pretty, but one needs to prioritise the ingestion of C8 H10 N4 O2 in the form of a skim cappuccino.

(I adjusted the title to reflect why I was doing this on a Friday, when I'd normally be working. That was done in mid June; how quickly we forget.)
