Another sunrise shot, I'm afraid. Getting into an exercise regime to get some weight off was taking priority after the events of last week.

@Mairéad's comment; my bad, I originally had this described as sunSET because that was the time of day that I was posting it and the eye confused the mind confused the fingers. It is of course a sunRISE; east coast, sun coming up over the Pacific, etc.
