The same is not true of most confectionery, which is why we were able to visit a chocolate factory in Tasmania a couple of years back, and why The Fudge Shop proudly displays the process by which its products are made to the passing public.

(Though as much as I hate to admit it... I've never been a great fan of fudge. Not the blonde Fudge, THAT Fudge I like, but the confection. I much prefer regular chocolate. But that doesn't mean that I'd never try a piece or two with the occasional coffee in the cooler months. And if you have no idea who the blonde is, he's a Labrador with a sweet name.)
