Some cruise ships seem to operate through the winter season as well. Rarely does a fortnight go by without seeing the Pacific Pearl (seen here) in port.

However for the most part the terminal is only occasionally occupied during the middle months of the year. Once summer comes, though, the cruise ships churn through here like nobody's business.

It's almost that time of year again.
