I am a vegetarian in the same way that General George S Patton was a pacifist. So when I discovered a local steakhouse which not only cooked steaks but could cook the thickest, juiciest, most tender steaks to be served with fluffy garlic mashed potato and lashings of rich mushroom sauce, it was inevitable that a shot of this place would make it into my PAD Gallery.

As I'm posting this some six months after the shot was taken, I cannot recall why we went there that night. But when the steak is that good, do you really need an excuse?
