At Home, Sydney, NSW

First (3 March), we saw El Gato looking at the fish...

Next (yesterday), we saw the fish as the scene is received by El Gato's eyes...

Finally, today's shot shows how the scene is reprocessed when it arrives in the feline brain[1].

[1] In this version of reality, cats also have thumbs to pull open the ring pulls.

And the cans would be tuna rather than salmon.

(Apologies for the unusual content but I can never resist a chance to pay out on El Gato and her unceasing search for fuud.)

Toffee used to get the aptly named 'Gourmet Solitaire' range which could easily have been passed off as a human starter with a bit of garnish. I then found a cheaper variety which he condescends to eat.

A cat's dream still life. Artistically composed with a strong feline slant which includes plates and bowls for the salmon so one can eat neatly. And cats do like greens. They eat my plants.

Laine beat me too it - I think "hold the garnish' is probably right! I'll bet El Gato was waiting for you to finish this masterpiece so that you could open one or all of those tins.....don't tell me you put them back in the cupboard!?!?
