WIN is the local 9 network affiliate television station in Wollongong, which also sponsors the local football ground. The stadium was undergoing some form of reconstruction at the time that this shot was taken.

I noticed the effect of the sunrise on the clouds and thought that it might do for the gallery.

Of course what I didn't know at the time that I took this shot was that some 7 months later the newly reconstructed western grandstand roof would almost collapse when high winds caused two retaining bolts, each only 16mm in diameter, to snap. The last I heard it was still uncertain whether the thing would have to be torn down and completely replaced.

Addendum: My personal opinion is that Facebook and all other members of the Meta group are disgusting, sociopathic organisations that steal other peoples' intellectual property (including the images in this gallery) despite being explicitly denied permission to do so.
