Today was an early start, not much time to photograph after the finish, and grey, overcast weather in a suburb that isn't exactly renown for colour vibrancy anyway.
However I decided to take my "pancake" (17mm f/2.8 prime) lens out for a stroll again given that prior to yesterday the number of shots that it had in my gallery was exactly one, and I noticed that shot cropping up a disproportionate number of times when people do a lens database search for it. This suggests to me that it's a lens which is rather under-represented.
I took it on another indoor shoot, but this time one with more problematic lighting; the local supermarket. Just to add some flavour I decided to find the most brightly coloured collection of objects I could find. Just for a splash of colour, y'know.
The result is nothing to write home about, but it'll do for a pedestrian PAD.
