Take one (1) bright, sunny and warm but not too hot day. Add excellent company. Mix in exquisite food, including wood roasted Barramundi fillet that melts in the mouth and a hazelnut dessert that needed to be experienced to be believed.
Add a sprinkling of this view from the table, showing the Sydney Opera House, and the luxury sailing yacht Athena (2005, 90m, 19 knots) which was built by the Dutch Royal Huisman shipbuilding company.
(I've elected to use a shot which was the view from the dining table itself, which necessarily includes the window frames, for memory's sake.)

The recipe for as near a perfect day as you can get. But then, "nearly perfect" days can be achieved with a range of different ingredients, I think, not always as rich and creamy as the ones described here. Indeed, it's a theory that I plan to test.
