Treasury Place (Near Premiers' Way), Melbourne

A statue of John Cain, Labor premier of Victoria from 1982 to 1990. And no, I don’t think that he's giving you "the gesture" even though he was a political opponent of the Premier who commissioned these statues.

I am not one for defacing things but seriously, this is screaming out to have the thumb and second finger knocked off, then it would really be cool! I like the muddy sorta finish on it though. :o)
