A remnant of the Canberra Buskers' Festival. This drawing by Ulla Taylor was an eye catching, if transient, addition to City Walk. (Baseball cap-wearing pillocks who think that spray painting illegible "tags" over every available surface is "art" please note; THAT is what art actually looks like. You know, skill, talent, all that sort of good stuff?)
