I wanted to honor the age and patina of this long closed shipyard, and to do so,
I elected to use a camera almost as old as the establishment, and process the
films as best I could to reflect a bygone era. Sepias and toned images, monotones,
and cross processing seemed the right way to achieve this. The Shipyard is now being
rejuvenated for use as a public facility.


Update Feb 2010: The Old Powerhouse is now stripped bare and ready for renovation.
All the outbuildings, pipes, and machines are gone. Motto: Picture it when you see it!!
