This image is placed in Experimental because it is an old transparency from 1968,
Ektachrome 64 E-6 home processed, and had to be test scanned in various ways
including the use of Digital Ice to make a usable image. The colors, actually, are close
to the real thing, as the soil here is incredibly red, the brush dull green,
and the summer grass, straw yellow. The hills tend to get a purplish haze from
a distance, and the sky, of course, is a deep unpolluted blue.
