This image was taken on a small tributary of the Mekong near the delta. We took this boat for about a 30-minute ride through the "mangrove" forest that brought us back to our bus. Somehow, I like this image; it shows the girl without her face showing although "Vietnam" is written all over her conical straw hat. I took several shots of her but this is my favorite showing the splashing water at the end of the paddle and the practically diagonal position of the paddle.
