Substantial improvements were made in the summer of 2007 among them the addition of pilot lights and water proof bushings to the wiring boxes on the steam valves. These lights indicate when the steam valve is open whether by the manual or pedal switches or by a controllers. Wiring has also been replaced in a much more tidy arrangement. Green device is a "culinary steam" filter used to clean up steam for keg sterilization (and steaming crabs).
