Keg Cleaning: Small cylindroconical (rear center) is filled with 5 gallons hot water + 1 pound NaOH. This is pumped through 3A Sanitary check valve(connected directly to pump output, T, hose and stainless steel coupler (with "pea" removed) up spear of inverted keg. Output from keg gas port returns to cylindroconical through short hose and stainless pipe assembly over edge of cylindroconical. Flow rate into and out of keg is controlled by filtered (oil mist) compressed air (yellow retractable hose) admitted through second check valve into other arm of T. Small ball valve connected to port on pump involute permits pump priming. At completion of lye recirculation (multiple kegs) return "J" is directed to drain and cylindroconical filled with rinse water. After all kegs have been rinsed water is drained and process repeated with solution of 200 mL technical H3PO4 plus 200 mL technical HNO3 in 5 gal. warm waterfor beerstone control. Final rinse is with cool water.
