The beautiful Adirondacks with its wonderful mountains, lakes, waterfalls and wilderness are near our home in Whitesboro NY. We can get to the park boundary in about 1 hour and Old Forge in 90 minutes. Lake Placid is about a 3 and a half hours drive.
