A very necessary piece of kitchen equipment!

Those of you who know me will know what a rotten cook I am!!

On the serious side, we live down a narrow country lane in a very small hamlet. There is a Firestation 3 miles away which is manned totally by volunteers.

They all have full time work and in the event of a "shout" they have to leave their work, drive to the station and get the appliance on the road. So if we can do even a little to help ourselves and them, it is all to the good.
