Is this barber shop located near the London Tavern? I have seen one nearby when I frequent this fine establishment before the football.

Yeah, that's so sad that he has to retire after so long. He's an icon in Richmond! I used to pass by his shop on the way to the station every morning when I was living on Lennox street. He would be there...he deserves some rest now:)
