Yes, that's painter's tape on the front of my car.
It's a cheap way to keep bugs off the car and prevent rock chips while driving long distances.

hahaha you should invest in some 3M clear tape for your car to keep rock chips away. i heard spraying pam on the from of your car before a long trip helps so the bugs don't get caked on.
