Upon seeing my burns, Dr. Sood had me admitted to the Wishard Burn Unit that morning. He scheduled surgery for the next day to debride the burns and cover them with a homograft, basically the same thing the first doctor did. The difference was that Dr. Sood was much more aggressive in removing tissue to ensure we didn't have them same problem we had before.
