Well, you're going to kick me, but if this is the tree you did the shots looking up the trunk at, then it isn't a poplar- it's a tulip tree! Leave it to me to sabotage your photos LOL. I think I prefer this B&W to the color [altho I like both]for one simple reason- the shadows on the overlapping leaves is gorgeous and I can concentrate on the nuances of the textures. Beautiful compostion with the top leaf going out of the frame. -V
