On this day of loss, we celebrate the life of our cat of ten years by
adding to the garden she loved to play in and stalk through most days.
Today I added this Agastache barberi 'Tutti Frutti'. Tonight she lies
in peaceful rest in that very garden.

It will be strange around the house without Phoebe after ten years of
having her constantly under foot. She has been battling a respiratory
ailment since February. Today it just got to be too much for her.
She passed in my arms as we were about to enter the clinic for help.

She will be missed.
