On Golden Pond

December 3

Williamson County

I happened across this male and female Mallard while looking for a
place to let Oakley stop and swim. They did not seem to mind the
company.

After viewing your "In her eyes" I reviewed some of your work and I must say you are truly an artist. I'm a biginner and have a long ways to go to reach your plateau. It's great work that you produce.

Wow, you're right; it really is golden.

Beautiful shot, Scott. Love the sheen and crisp feel of the water, as well as the rippled patterns and separation of colors in the water from foreground to back. Do you have a shot of Oakley swimming with the ducks? :)

I bet the beautiful golden water had a chill to it.
How gold does it get before Oakley passes on the swim?
Guest 04-Dec-2005 02:37
Beautiful, especially as I look outside at the snow falling here.
