Looking Up

October 15

Kingston Springs, TN

There is not a lot of fall color here yet. Just spots
here and there. The ones you find really stand out now.
I have been watching this Sugar Maple all week on my
drive to the office thinking if I could only wait for
the sunlight to break through to it... it's Saturday,
so today I did :)

Wonderful autumn shot Scott. The deep blue sky really adds a lot to the image. Were you using a polarizer or did you position the shot 45 degrees to the sun? Either way, a great shot.
Not much color here either... yet. I think we will luck out. I drove through the park Friday and the rain and milder temps might have saved our fall. The mid elevations are looking fine.
