A beautiful fall hike along and in Talley's Branch
in the back of our property and on down stream. Miles
in the backpack on my back. Ellie carrying her "baby"
in her backpack. Camera in hand. It always hits me
when they take away an hour of our afternoon for day-
light savings that my chances to get out are becoming
all to fleeting. Fall is just at it's peak in pockets
throughout the Western Highland Rim. These views and
our hike will be just memories soon. This season and
it's glory will return. These moments with Miles and
Ellie have to be treasured and preserved for later.
