i just purchased a canon 100mm macro, and i noticed you use a flash on several of these unbelievable shots. i was wondering if you use a ring flash or a speedlite or some kind? also, i've seen a lot of people mention they use the focus ring to more accurately get subjects into focus. is this located on an extension tube? if you have a chance, and could email me, or add comment on my pbase account, i would really appreciate it! thanks, katie
