Thar Desert - Rajasthan

We set off in the early morning out of Jodhpur city in open jeeps, and headed into the flat and featureless landscape of the Thar Desert.
Not rolling sand dunes as we usually think of deserts, but miles and miles of poor scrubby land, with occasional glimpses of goats, camels, birds
and very little else, or so it seemed . . . but we found some interesting things out there.
